Check-in time 4pm – 6pm. Other arrangements may be possible, if necessary. Check out is 10:30 please.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: We require 50% of the cost of your reservation or a minimum of 1 night as a deposit, This deposit is fully refundable if a cancellation occurs 31 days or more prior to your arrival date Sept15-June 15 and 61 days prior to your arrival June 16- Sept. 18. If you need to cancel within 30 days or less of your arrival Sept 15-June 15, and 60 days or less from June 16- Sept.14 this deposit is non-refundable. However, we will gladly convert it to a gift certificate towards a future stay with us. This certificate will not have an expiry date. HOWEVER, any reservation cancelled within 48hrs. of arrival time (i.e. 4 PM on day of arrival) will be charged the entire value of the booking and is not eligible for future credit.

Accessibility: We regret to inform you that there is no way for this house to accomodate persons with mobility issues.

Your room is on the second floor and assistance with luggage may not be available. Please bear this in mind when packing.

Pets: Enquires and arrangements must be made in advance if you wish to have your pet accompany you at Holmesdale house.

Children: We love kids but please note this is a historical house. It has many uneven surfaces and NO SAFETY equipment, such as baby gates. Children under 5 must be supervised at all times.
